These two scraps were left overs from a piece of Japanese Silk which I had rusted by wrapping the fabric around rusty objects.
Below is a piece of the same Rusted Japanese Silk which I have now mounted ready for framing. I stitched the whole piece, which was about 20cm square, with a variegated thread.
